2. Description of Service

This platform provides a secure file distribution system using unique redemption codes. Publishers upload files and generate codes; end users redeem those codes to receive time-limited download links via email.

3. Redemption Codes

Each redemption code is valid for a single use unless re-activated by the publisher or administrator.
Codes may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the publisher or administrator.
Download links expire after the time period configured by the administrator (default: 72 hours).
Codes may carry per-file download limits; once reached, the code is automatically revoked.

4. User Obligations

You must provide a valid email address when redeeming a code.
You may not share, resell, or redistribute redemption codes or downloaded files unless authorised by the publisher.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any download links sent to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All files distributed through this platform remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. Downloading a file grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it as specified by the publisher.

6. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
